A gunman carrying a rifle entered a Burlington, Washington shopping center on Friday night and opened fire killing at least five people.

The gunmen fled the scene and is still at large with the rifle.

Shots were heard in the Cascade Mall in Burlington, Washington at around 7 pm as people began hiding in dressing rooms and locking doors to stores. The mall was evacuated at around 8:30 pm. 

Four woman and one man were killed all in Macy's Department store.

The attacker is described by police as a "Hispanic male wearing grey" and was last seen travelling toward Interstate 5 motorway.

A man has attacked a facility for disabled people in Japan early Tuesday morning killing 15 people and injuring 45 others. The facility is located in Sagamihara in Kanagawa Prefecture, south of Tokyo.

The 26-year old attacker, who was a former-employee of the facility, has turned himself in to police and admitted to committing the attack.

This incident is the worst crime in Japan's postwar history.

The gunmen who went on a rampage and killed 9 people and wounded 21 in Munich, Germany today has committed suicide police say. 

During their search for the attacker, police found a man on a side road of 
Olympia-Einkaufszentrum shopping mall who had shot himself. 

By viewing surveillance video, police concluded that this man was the sole gunmen. 

While police have not yet confirmed the motive of the shooter, a Muslim woman who witnessed the attacker shooting children said she heard the gunmen yelling, "Allahu Akbar!"
